Micron Hydraulics was founded in 1984 and rapidly earned its standing as THE specialists within the field of hydraulic pump and motor repair. Obtaining the results that customers require and deserve.

At Micron our skilled TEAM understand that when a unit breaks down - your business does too. We know that every second wasted increases downtown and therefore your costs. This is where we really have the edge as we are not bound by big business rigidity and can be reactionary to get you operational asap. Most emergency repairs are turned around within 24 hours! Our team will also advise any visible reasons for unit failure and offer preventative advice to limit any further problems: we care about your business not just the item we are repairing!

Micron undertake not only the repair of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders and gearboxes but can also provide full machine hydraulic overhauls and flushing. We also offer outside service engineers who install and commission our repairs, fault find and optimise machinery to its upmost potential. Bespoke training courses can also be provided to suit requirements.

As the business has developed we have earned the respect of major manufacturers such as Sauer Danfoss and Sauer Bibus earning us Authorised Service Centre Status. We also work as a service partner with Bosch Rexroth and have excellent working relationships with Poclain, Linde, Parker, Vickers and many more! 

As part of our customer base we deal with many companies involved in a wide range of activities including many OEM’s. We hold extensive stocks of components, both new and reconditioned to allow us to offer the right solution on time. Micron also has a range of service exchange hydraulic pumps and motors which are fully tested and ready to despatch to recognised customers. The bulk of our exchange units represent the older designs and specifications that are more difficult to source than the current day generation.

We work and have extensive experience in a broad range of industries including Agricultural, Civil Engineering, Industrial, Marine, Mining, Mobile, Quarrying, Rail and Recycling. Much of our experience has been gained in harsh operating environments under stringent time constraints, giving us an unrivalled advantage in the analysis and repair of system operating faults.
